Bridal Fairs
Bridal Fairs are an efficient way to view what is in the market place. You will be able to find out what products or services are available in your local area. Connecting with vendors in your area has many advantages. It is a time saving opportunity for every bride.
Brides planning a wedding are busy people. Searching for vendors and their products and services can be time consuming
To search, check local papers or radio stations. Do an online search for bridal fairs with your city and state. Watch for flyers. They all advertise dates, times and place. Vendors are gathered under one roof. By visiting several vendors in one day, brides can find out what services or products are offered in their area to speed up their wedding planning.
It sure beats burning up gas running in different directions hoping to find the perfect vendor, service or product. Every day a bride is unsuccessful in finding what she needs, she has to repeat the process over until she finds what is needed or finally gives up.
As a bride searching for everything bridal, try to keep in mind the day or two after the wedding. Some questions to keep in mind are:
How easy will it be to return items you have rented?
Will you or someone you ask be returning those items?
Does the vendor provide or offer their service’s for pick up?
When do items need to be returned to avoid additional charges?
Working with or buying from local vendors often reduces time spent returning items after the wedding. They offer personal service which is not something you get from big box stores. They pay attention to details so you don't have too.
Bridal Fair – $500 grand prize. One day - one place - everything you need. Sunday January 17, 2010. West Point, Nebraska Nielsen Community Center 200 Anna Stalp Ave.
That last paragraph sure grabs your attention. This is the kind of help bridal couples should look for if they want to save time, money and gas. Why you might ask? Let’s take a look.
Bridal Fairs = many vendors with products and services all under one roof. If you find a vendor you are interested in, ask them for a business card. Bring along a notebook and pen. This way you don’t have to remember details from each vendor you visit. Then you can visit their place of business after the bridal fair to further investigate or finalize wedding decisions.
$500 grand prize = a chance to spend money with the vendor of your choice. How cool would that be? Many vendors also give away a prize in their booth. This means more chances to win. Some vendors such as caterers, beverage providers or cake bakers have sample tastings.
Bridal Fairs are a great place to see new products for the coming season.
Wear comfortable clothing and good walking shoes. Rather than write entries out by hand, bring along address stickers and save time by attaching them to entries to win prizes.
One day - one place - everything you need = again, it saves time, gas and money. One day visiting vendors is better than 10 trips eating up your hard earned money on gasoline and who wouldn't love to have extra time on their hands?
Sunday January 17, 2010 = plenty of time for planning a wedding in the year 2010 and beyond.
West Point, Nebraska Nielsen Community Center = If you are planning a wedding, choose a facility that meets a majority of your needs. Some of these might include: the reception hall, stage for bands or DJ's, kitchen, state-of-art audio and visual equipment, enough room to accommodate your guests seated at tables.
